Dr. Kiana Gadson, DSW, LCSW,LICSW, QS
The practice founder, Dr. Kiana Gadson, is a licensed clinical social worker for the state of Florida and Michigan, and a licensed independent clinical social worker for the state of Massachusetts. She has been practicing in the field of social work for the past 13 years and holds a doctorate in social work from the University of Kentucky. Kiana is a master-certified Accelerated Resolution Therapist (ART), who specializes in the treatment of anxiety and Trauma. Kiana is trained in internal family systems and also practices from a mindfulness perspective in conjunction with cognitive behavioral therapy.
Kiana provides evidenced-based support to clients who need to work through areas of forgiveness in their own lives and is trained in the Gottman techniques for those seeking couples counseling.

Miriam Allman, RMFTI
Miriam Allman, MFT is a registered Marriage and Family Therapist intern, with a Masters Degree from Argosy University, Tampa. She specializes in working with individuals dealing with Substance Abuse, PTSD, marital discord, grief/loss, DID, Anxiety and Depression. She is LGBTQ friendly and has helped those struggling with gender dysphoria. She has worked in the mental health field for 14 years. She has also completed a study abroad at Universidad Internacional de Cuernavaca where she furthered her studies of the Spanish language. Miriam utilizes different approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered Therapy and Gestalt Therapy. Miriam believes in a holistic approach to therapy and that therapy shouldn't be a rigid experience: communication is the key that helps us transition from one thing to the next. Sometimes all you need is someone who's non-judgmental to talk to.

Janice Toussaint is a Master's leveled bilingual (Spanish/English) clinician who is committed to helping individuals and couples learn how to manage their emotions in a positive and healthy manner.
Her work focuses on helping clients who struggle with communication, depression, anxiety, trauma, Trichotillomania, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, PTSD and Bipolar Disorder.

Amanda Alleyne, LCSW
Amanda Alleyne has been a Social Worker for the last 12 years. She has extensive experience working with a diverse population of clients in various environments, including substance abuse, mental health, targeted case management, and children. Amanda also has experience working with patients and caregivers engaged in hospice and struggling with anticipatory grief. Amanda also specializes in helping loved ones cope with loss.
Amanda assists patients who struggle with deescalating in high-stress environments and utilizes an eclectic approach by implementing CBT, ART and faith-based counseling into her practice. Amanda also has experience running substance abuse support groups for local Christian housing programs for mothers going through the process of being reunified with their children after DCF involvement.

Irene Howell, LCSW
Irene has a long-standing history of providing therapeutic support to children and families within the foster care system. Irene practices from an eclectic approach including the integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness techniques, and the knowledge of family systems, and child development. In addition to working with children and families in the foster care setting, Irene provides therapeutic support to teenagers and adults.

Charita Cheever is a mental health therapist welcoming clients to process through depression, anxiety, parenting difficulties, teen issues, trauma, self-esteem, suicidal ideation and substance abuse. Brittney Rogers, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Brittney has worked well over a decade in nursing. She has experience working with
critical care, psychiatry, elderly, and substance abuse. Brittney now uses a person-
centered approach to help those suffering with mental health and meet the individual
where there are. Brittney thinks the times where people suffered alone quietly are now
long gone, all it takes is reaching out to get help. She provides evidence-based care that is

Jeneice Goodwin, RCSWI
Jeneice's dedication to empowering individuals, families, and communities impacted by disabilities stems from her own life experiences. In 2017, she was honored with the Spectrum Bay News Nine Neighborhood Hero award for her significant contributions to community service. Her areas of expertise encompass adoption, disability, pregnancy, neurodivergence, and substance use disorders, offering support to those facing anxiety, OCD, and depression. Jeneice provides support to a variety of individuals including pregnant women, mothers experiencing postpartum depression, adults with disabilities, and neurodivergent individuals. Her insights assist families in navigating the challenges of parenting; with her understanding of human behavior and development, she supports teenagers and young adults through motivational interviewing techniques. Her practice is guided by core values of integrity, respect, social justice, and equality. Sonni, a graduate of the University of South Florida, has a range of experiences that have served to grow and support a variety of populations from the child welfare setting to the school systems. Sonni has a strong passion and desire to educate, equip, and empower every individual she engages with to move forward toward healing, wholeness, and purposeful living. Sonni is a trained EMDR therapist, and uses a variety of methods to best support her clients depending on their needs and desires. She is a Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) trained provider, able to service families with children between 0-5 years old. She is also a Gottman trained therapist who also supports couples and families working to learn how to better communicate and understand one another.
