Dr. Kiana Gadson, DSW, LCSW, LICSW
The practice founder, Kiana Gadson, is a licensed clinical social worker for the state of Florida, and a licensed independent clinical social worker for the state of Massachusetts. She has been practicing in the field of social work for the past 12 years and is currently completing her doctorate in social work. Kiana is a master-certified Accelerated Resolution Therapist (ART), who specializes in the treatment of anxiety and Trauma. Kiana is trained in internal family systems and also practices from a mindfulness perspective in conjunction with cognitive behavioral therapy.
Kiana provides evidenced-based support to clients who need to work through areas of forgiveness in their own lives and is trained in the Gottman techniques for those seeking couples counseling.

Marvette is passionate about helping others find healing and wholeness. Marvette wants to walk alongside clients as they navigate the crooked and challenging paths along life’s journey. She has over 7 years of counseling experience working with youth and their families. Drawing from a diverse array of educational, career and life experience, she integrates a blend of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Faith-Based Therapy to help clients develop adaptive habits that lead to a more meaningful and fulfilled life. She believes the client is the true expert on their life and sees herself as a guide to help them along their healing journey. and DBT to treat and support those experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, life
transitions, and relationship issues; as well as those seeking personal growth and
development. Sasha believes in building strong therapeutic relationships with each
individual she works with, and uses a strength-based, person-centered approach to best
support them in achieving their goals.

Amanda Alleyne has been a Social Worker for the last 12 years. She has extensive experience working with a diverse population of clients in various environments, including substance abuse, mental health, targeted case management, and children. Amanda also has experience working with patients and caregivers engaged in hospice and struggling with anticipatory grief. Amanda also specializes in helping loved ones cope with loss.
Amanda assists patients who struggle with deescalating in high-stress environments and utilizes an eclectic approach by implementing CBT, ART and faith-based counseling into her practice. Amanda also has experience running substance abuse support groups for local Christian housing programs for mothers going through the process of being reunified with their children after DCF involvement.

Brittney has worked well over a decade in nursing. She has experience working with
critical care, psychiatry, elderly, and substance abuse. Brittney now uses a person-
centered approach to help those suffering with mental health and meet the individual
where there are. Brittney thinks the times where people suffered alone quietly are now
long gone, all it takes is reaching out to get help. She provides evidence-based care that is
compassionate and provides improved patient outcomes. Brittney is a kind and passionate provider with a history of supporting those with medication needs who are diagnosed with Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, Insomnia, and Depression

Marla is a Clinical Social Work Intern passionate about supporting individuals on their healing journeys. Marla has worked with military active duty, veterans and reservist and their families for over 10 years.
During her internship, she has gained valuable experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), empowering clients facing substance use challenges. She has facilitated
individuals and group therapy sessions, helping clients build coping skills and resilience.
Additionally, she has worked with survivors of
domestic violence and sexual assault, providing a safe space for healing. Marla's approach is collaborative and client-centered, focusing on each person’s unique strengths. She believes in fostering a compassionate
environment where clients can explore their thoughts, set goals, and achieve lasting change.

Jeneice provides support to a variety of individuals including pregnant women, mothers experiencing postpartum depression, adults with disabilities, and neurodivergent individuals. Her insights assist families in navigating the challenges of parenting; with her understanding of human behavior and development, she supports teenagers and young adults through motivational interviewing techniques. Her practice is guided by core values of integrity, respect, social justice, and equality. She creates a collaborative and non-judgmental environment conducive to healing and personal development by employing cognitive behavioral therapy and various therapeutic methods.
