Founder and Therapist

Dr. Kiana Gadson, DSW, LCSW, LICSW

The practice founder, Kiana Gadson, is a licensed clinical social worker for the state of Florida, and a licensed independent clinical social worker for the state of Massachusetts. She has been practicing in the field of social work for the past 12 years and is currently completing her doctorate in social work. Kiana is a master-certified Accelerated Resolution Therapist (ART), who specializes in the treatment of anxiety and Trauma. Kiana is trained in internal family systems and also practices from a mindfulness perspective in conjunction with cognitive behavioral therapy.

Kiana provides evidenced-based support to clients who need to work through areas of forgiveness in their own lives and is trained in the Gottman techniques for those seeking couples counseling.

Janice Toussaint, P-LMFT

Janice Toussaint is a Master's leveled bilingual (Spanish/English) clinician who is committed to helping individuals and couples learn how to manage their emotions in a positive and healthy manner.

Her work focuses on helping clients who struggle with communication, depression, anxiety, trauma, Trichotillomania, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, PTSD and Bipolar Disorder.

Janice utilizes treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, modeling, supportive psychotherapy,

Psychoeducation and mindfulness.

Amanda Alleyne, LCSW

Amanda Alleyne has been a Social Worker for the last 12 years. She has extensive experience working with a diverse population of clients in various environments, including substance abuse, mental health, targeted case management, and children. Amanda also has experience working with patients and caregivers engaged in hospice and struggling with anticipatory grief. Amanda also specializes in helping loved ones cope with loss.

Amanda assists patients who struggle with deescalating in high-stress environments and utilizes an eclectic approach by implementing CBT, ART and faith-based counseling into her practice. Amanda also has experience running substance abuse support groups for local Christian housing programs for mothers going through the process of being reunified with their children after DCF involvement.

Tiona is a progressive therapist with over 10+ years of experience working with individuals and families providing therapeutic counseling services. Tiona's experience includes working with adolescents, walking alongside couples, serving those battling substance abuse, and empowering young adults while navigating their career paths. Specializing in using evidenced-based tools to treat trauma and grief, she is proficient in the use of Mindfulness techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Christian clinical counseling.

Jennifer Reed, LCSW

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over a decade of experience, Jennifer passionately works to help others improve the quality of their lives and mental health. She specializes in dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, couple’s counseling, struggles with body image, narrative therapy, and forgiveness and resentment work. Jennifer treats a multitude of mental health diagnoses including depression, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, trauma, anxiety, panic disorders, and eating disorders. Jennifer is passionate about helping people and is fully committed to providing evidence-based care to all whom she serves.

Irene has a long-standing history of providing therapeutic support to children and families within the foster care system. Irene practices from an eclectic approach including the integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness techniques, and the knowledge of family systems, and child development. In addition to working with children and families in the foster care setting, Irene provides therapeutic support to teenagers and adults.

Charita Cheever is a mental health therapist welcoming clients to process through depression, anxiety, parenting difficulties, teen issues, trauma, self-esteem, suicidal ideation and substance abuse. She is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy approaches that work to challenge thinking that creates a barrier to healing. With over 10 years experience in the social services field, she works strongly with clients to establish healthy communication, mindfulness, and effective coping skills. Charita is available for in-person and telehealth sessions.

CJ is a strong clinical provider with a specialization in trauma and a background as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC). Trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and skilled in teaching somatic techniques for managing anxiety, CJ combines evidence-based practices with a compassionate understanding of her clients' experiences. Brittney Rogers, APRN

Brittney has worked well over a decade in nursing. She has experience working with

critical care, psychiatry, elderly, and substance abuse. Brittney now uses a person-
centered approach to help those suffering with mental health and meet the individual

where there are. Brittney thinks the times where people suffered alone quietly are now
long gone, all it takes is reaching out to get help. She provides evidence-based care that is
compassionate and provides improved patient outcomes. Brittney is a kind and passionate provider with a history of supporting those with medication needs who are diagnosed with Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, Insomnia, and Depression

Nathaniel is a project manager with a long history of coordinating and supporting networking events and promotional opportunities within the community. Nathaniel provides on-site assistance to help develop and host our community events and scholarship offerings.

our Billing Manager, supports our patients by managing all insurance authorizations, claim submission, billing inquiries.
